The singing and acting diva has confirmed she has split from Sony Music after more than a decade. Sony's Epic Records put out her first CD, "On The 6," in 1999. Since then, she's sold millions, but also had a couple of CDs with disappointing sales.

Fla. woman sues 50 Cent over release of sex tape (AP)

NEW YORK – A Florida woman has sued rapper 50 Cent in Manhattan, claiming he unlawfully distributed her homemade sex tape over the Internet after editing himself into it as a wig-wearing narrator.

Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan claiming unauthorized use of her name or image as well as emotional distress caused by the public release of the tape she made with a lover in 2008.
