NEW YORK – Ronan Tynan, the Irish tenor benched by the New York Yankees for making an anti-Semetic remark, is being given a chance to perform "God Bless America" at the Anti-Defamation League's annual meeting Thursday night.

The ADL says in a statement Wednesday that Tynan apologized for his comment.
