NEW YORK (AP) -- Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio is inducting rock group Genesis into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next month.

The presenters were announced Tuesday by the hall, which is based in Cleveland.

NEW YORK – When Genesis gets inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next month, founding member Peter Gabriel won't be there.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame president Joel Peresman said in a statement Thursday that Gabriel says he has a scheduling conflict with his tour that begins in Europe.

Along with Gabriel, the band's original lineup included Mike Rutherford, Tony Banks, Anthony Phillips and Steve Hackett.

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – Richard Delvy, a pioneering surf-rock drummer, composer, arranger, publisher and producer, died February 6 at West Hills Hospital in California after a long illness. He was 67.

The keyboardist who sued Marilyn Manson for more than $20 million is walking away with $380,000 after the feuding rockers settled their legal battle in court.

The rocker reached a settlement with Stephen Bier - also known by stage names Madonna Wayne Gacy and Pogo - on December 11 following a two-year court battle.
