‘Sherlock Holmes’ Estate Against Homosexuality Hints

The executors of Sir Authur Conan Doyle's literary estate have threatened to withdraw Guy Ritchie's rights to the Sherlock Holmes story if the director hints at a homosexual relationship between the lead characters in his sequel.

Robert Downey, Jr., who plays the supersleuth in Ritchie's new movie adaption, recently appeared on David Letterman's talk show and hinted at a homoerotic subtext in the relationship between his character and Jude Law's Dr. Watson.

Katie Holmes Launching Her Own Clothing Line

Stylish Katie Holmes is launching her own clothing line and plans to have her designs in American stores by the autumn. The actress teamed up with her stylist Jeanne Yang to design the dress she wore at last year's Tropic Thunder premiere - and she was so thrilled with the result, she has decided to create a whole range of clothes, a collaboration with fashion store Maxfield.

A representative for Holmes tells People.com "Her line will be sold at Maxfield in the fall."

Fla. woman sues 50 Cent over release of sex tape (AP)

NEW YORK – A Florida woman has sued rapper 50 Cent in Manhattan,�claiming he unlawfully distributed her homemade sex tape over the Internet after editing himself into it as a wig-wearing narrator.

Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan claiming unauthorized use of her name or image as well as emotional distress caused by the public release of the tape she made with a lover in 2008.
