German rock band Scorpions to end career

BERLIN (AP) -- The German rock band Scorpions is bringing down the curtain on a career spanning more than four decades.
The band, known for its early 1990s hit "Wind of Change" among others, said on its Web site Sunday that "we agree we have reached the end of the road."

‘30 Rock’ Leads TV Nominations For 2010 SAG Awards

Hit comedy 30 Rock is leading the charge for the primetime TV categories at the 2010 Screen Actor's Guild Awards with three top nominations.
Tina Fey and her co-star Alec Baldwin are both up for Outstanding Performance in a Comedy Series honors in their respective categories, while the entire "30 Rock" cast has been nominated for the ensemble comedy prize.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame annex in NYC closing
CLEVELAND (AP) -- The year-old New York City annex to Cleveland's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum will shut down Jan. 3.
A news release issued Thursday by S2BN Entertainment, a partner in the venture, gave no reason for the closing.
Rock hall CEO Terry Stewart tells The Plain Dealer newspaper in Cleveland the decision was made by corporate partners who had backed the $10 million annex in downtown Manhattan.

Julianne Moore To Guest Star On ‘30 Rock’

Hollywood actress Julianne Moore is set to romance Alec Baldwin on the small screen - after landing a guest role on the actor's hit TV series 30 Rock.
Series creator/star Tina Fey has secured a long list of superstar guest actors since the show debuted in 2006, including Jon Hamm, Jennifer Aniston, Steve Martin and Edie Falco.
