Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole is to split from her soccer star husband Ashley amid allegations he cheated on her with five women. The star wed the England international in July 2006 but their marriage was rocked in January 2008 when hairdresser Aimee Walton claimed the sportsman had spent the night with her.

Stephen Baldwin has reassured fans of his brother Alec, insisting the star is feeling “great” after his early morning dash to hospital on Thursday.

Paramedics transported Alec Baldwin to a New York hospital after receiving a 911 call, believed to have been made by his 14-year-old daughter Ireland, from his Manhattan apartment.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Canadian singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen has postponed an upcoming European tour by six months after hurting his lower back while exercising, his representatives said Friday.

A statement said his doctors advised the 75-year-old to follow the same four- to six-month regimen of physical therapy as athletes do with similar injuries.

Rapper T.I. is wasting no time following his release from prison last week - he headed straight into the recording studio to lay down some new songs.

The “Live Your Life” hitmaker, real name Clifford Harris, Jr., was transferred from an incarceration facility in Arkansas to a halfway house near his home in Atlanta, Georgia last Tuesday, after serving time for weapons possession.

Brittany Murphy’s husband Simon Monjack has accused the media of publishing unfair stories about him following his wife’s tragic death - insisting the press is targeting him because he is not an attractive Hollywood star.

Murphy passed away earlier this month after suffering a cardiac arrest at her Hollywood Hills home in Los Angeles.
