NEW YORK – A Florida woman has sued rapper 50 Cent in Manhattan, claiming he unlawfully distributed her homemade sex tape over the Internet after editing himself into it as a wig-wearing narrator.
Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan claiming unauthorized use of her name or image as well as emotional distress caused by the public release of the tape she made with a lover in 2008.

The last film tragic actress Brittany Murphy made before her death is set for release this summer. The Clueless star passed away on December 20th after suffering a cardiac arrest at her Hollywood Hills home.

NEW YORK – AC/DC is putting the metal in the upcoming “Iron Man 2″ film.
The band announced Tuesday they will release the official soundtrack, “AC/DC: Iron Man 2″ on April 19. The first video from the album, “Shoot To Thrill,” was released on Tuesday.
The CD won’t contain new music, but 15 classic songs, including “Let There Be Rock,” “Thunderstruck,” and the recent “War Machine.”

Troubled rapper T.I. was granted an early Christmas wish on Tuesday when he was released from prison in Arkansas and allowed to transfer to a halfway house near his native Atlanta, Georgia.

NEW YORK (AP) — Chris Brown has announced the release of his first CD since his February altercation with then-girlfriend Rihanna.
“Graffiti,” the singer’s third album, will be released on Dec. 15, he said via Twitter.
The CD’s first single, “I Can Transform Ya,” features Lil Wayne and Swizz Beatz.
The 20-year-old will also kick off his “Fan Appreciation” tour in Houston on Nov. 14.

NEW YORK (Billboard) – Paul McCartney's recent three-night concert stand in New York City — during which the rock legend delved into his Beatles, Wings and solo catalogs and brought Billy Joel to the stage — is coming to CD and DVD.
On November 17, McCartney will release “Good Evening New York City,” a multi-disc set featuring nearly three hours of performances from his CitiField Stadium shows in July.
